The Sartorialist is a great photo blog that captures real people caught in super cool outfits on the street, in different parts of the world. I love that site so much that I visit it at least once a day and I keep meaning to blog about it,but what finally became a catalyst is that the blogger is now in New Delhi, India and has some wonderful portraits of people on the streets.
